Healdsburg is consistently ranked as one of the most livable small towns in America. Replay’s new mixed-use development site is 2 blocks from the historic town square and is one of the largest contiguous landholdings for re-development, as designated by the town of Healdsburg and its citizens. The Nu Forest Neighborhood Plan will include a boutique hotel, restaurant, retail market, garden landscape and a range of residences, including affordable housing.
Tamarack Resort, Idaho
Tamarack Resort is situated in Idaho's Bitteroot Mountains, perched above the 47-square-mile Lake Cascade and 2-hours north of Boise. The resort offers alpine skiing and snowboarding in the winter and mountain biking, water recreation, ziplining, hiking, and music festivals over the summer.
Half Moon Bay, Antigua
Half Moon Bay is tucked into the quiet southeast coast, where cooling winds moderate the climate even on the warmest days. Our 132 acres and more than 3,200 feet of beachfront are situated next door to a 27-acre national park. Plans for the new Half Moon Bay include a luxury branded five-star hotel on the beach, along with oceanfront and hillside villas, cottages, and estate lots.
